We focus on working in small groups of no more than 4 people. Our outdoor classes are mainly based on Bootcamp. We also incorporate Functional Training, Speed Training, Aquatic Exercises, and more. In BurnPump you can also enjoy a selection of different events that will put your fitness level right on the top.
BurnPump are designed to improve fitness. We work utilizing kettlebells,dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, ropes, TRX, and MORE - Everything to build up your strength, endurance, speed, increase your flexibility, mobility, and burn all excess calories.
Classes are conducted in small groups of people. No matter if there are is different levels of fitness, working in small groups helps to develop confidence between members, commitment to a fitness routine, and fitness goals.
BurnPump is also a great way to re-connect to other activities you like to do. As a BurnPump member, you can enjoy of yoga, pilates, spinning, and Zumba classes. All of these classes are offered outdoors, with our certified professional instructors.
